Once the technician arrived everything was great. However, getting him there was messy. I had an appointment between 10 and 12. Someone showed up but never talked to me and told an associate that they would get back to me with an estimate. I had made it abundantly clear to the girl on the phone that I didn’t need an estimate and I needed the work done on a specific date. The good news is that someone did get out later in the day to do the work.
I purchased a HealthWay air filter in April of 2022 as part of an air duct cleaning.
The technician was very efficient and did a good job with both the duct cleaning and the installation setup of the air filter.
In August (even though I had been cleaning the filters monthly as the owner’s manual directed), both filter lights started blinking. I was concerned that the filters were indicating that they needed replacement after only 4 months. I called Zerorez and was told by the young man that he would pass the information to a supervisor who would call me back. Never happened.
In November I called Zerorez again and spoke with Elizabeth. She said she would not drop the ball and I could count on her to get a supervisor to call me back. Never happened.
I called in January and finally got a commitment for a technician to come out and address the situation. The issue then was when he would come. The person was very courteous when she said it would be between 10 and 5. I thought that customer service from most companies had gotten better than the 1960’s eight- hour window that kills an entire day. I got a call at 2:00 saying the technician would be here in about 30 minutes. He was, and was the same courteous technician that installed the unit. He looked at both filters and said they were in good shape. He showed me how to use a brush to loosen the dust and suggested I use my compressor to blow out the loose dust.
I loved the technician, his promptness and knowledge when I had questions.
He is a big asset to your company. Cesar Chavez was his name.

I did NOT care for your promptness in getting me scheduled after I called after I received my estimate. It literally took over a month to get anyone to call me back, after two calls. Both promising me the "manager" who did the estimate would be calling me in 20 minutes. Never happened. I finally complained on your Facebook messenger and received an immediate call and got scheduled 3 days later.
You need to get new office people I think?

Easy tech explained process and next steps
Didn’t remove stains well. Carpet had a “crispy” feel.
After my cleaning a large spot appeared. I contacted you and my technician came out and retreated the area. I was very pleased how the situation was handled. Well the spot is back and now it’s bigger. I am not pleased with the outcome. You did what you could do but I still have a large stain on my carpet.

A Marketing tip for you:
Competitors price cleaning of custom designed area rugs based on their having to remove such rugs to be cleaned at a central location. It is much more convenient, less disruptive and less time consuming to clean with a process that can be observed on the spot and be done without fear of removal damage to carpet or other belongings.
Perhaps a short video on the differential advantage - our process does in in-place, same day and at lower cost.

The attendant was very nice, professional and knowledgeable!
I was quoted a price of $127 for three rooms of carpet cleaning. I only have two carpeted rooms, but agreed to the price. Then, when the technician got to my house, it ended up being over $600 because the carpets are wool. No one ever asked me what the carpets were made of, and the technician didn’t say anything about it until halfway through the service when my carpets were already wet and only partially cleaned. When I called the company, I was told that asking if the carpets are wool “just isn’t something asked” and that “90% of customers don’t have wool.” That is still 10% that do, and with such a large price difference, that should be brought to attention before services begin.
Additionally, I independently called the company and asked for a quote again. I asked if the material of carpet mattered, and was told “no, it is only done by price per room.”
He was fast & courteous.
My service representative was top notch. He cleaned our carpets and two coaches and everything looks New again. He was friendly and engaging and did an excellent job!
