Most stains come out. Drying time is shorter than other methods.
I am very pleased in general with Zerorez. My only suggestion is to ask if there is a way such that it doesn't take so long for the carpet to dry. The first time I used your service, it seemed like it dried much quicker, but the last several times it has taken an entire day and then some. Just a thought...
Other than that, I'm very pleased.

After they cleaned my carpet and it dried, there was a massive stain that was left that was not there before from the over priced flash treatment they did. The technician discussed the flash treatment, but never confirmed with me whether I wanted it and/or how many spots I wanted it in and my three room carpet special ended up being over $500., and I was charged for ! I could almost replace the three rooms the carpet for that! I still don’t know how many “flash treatments” were done

Buy a new duvet cover. Did a good job cleaning carpet, but burned a whole in the duvet in master bedroom. My wife already called to address this, but wasn’t taken seriously. So we are advising people not to use your service.
Our tech was professional and courteous. The carpets and rug looked and felt clean. I also felt I breathed easier as an allergy sufferer.

Rugs weren’t cleaned good. Tassel turned brown after cleaning.
