Great service and professional employee
The carpet tech was informative, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. I have pet stains that I knew would come out ,but am getting ready to replace the carpets anyhow, just needed to get them cleaned for now.
Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful while cleaning my ductwork and HVAC systems. He did a very thorough job. Even found a Birdsnest in my dryer vent duct work. My whole experience has been fantastic!
My technician Dexter was informative and professional. He really educated me on my carpet needs without overselling services I didn’t need. He was fast, and thorough and was very pleasant with my young son as well! 10/10 would recommend!
I was quoted a price that included an extra $75 to spot clean a few dog urine spots but when the technician got here, he said that the $75 was for 1 gallon of spot cleaner and that it would only clean a spot the size of a basketball. He wanted to charge me $75 for basically each spot and I had just watched him pour the gallon on a couple of small spots and it bubbled up because he had poured so much in 1 spot. It took 4-5 days with the ceiling fan on to dry that area. I feel like I was mislead about the pricing. Also there was a traffic area in my master bedroom going into the bathroom that wasn’t even cleaned.
The product is clean and leaves no residue. The technician is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The tech arrived on time. Was friendly and knowlegable and went over everything with me concerning my air duct cleaning. With 50% off I was able to get this long overdue cleaning done.I am hopeful that my air quality will be improved in my home.

The customer service team is really great, as are the technicians. My carpets always look great after they've been to my home.
Overall good job. Tech asked us about a deodorizer, we agreed but did not know it was going to add $180 to the overall bill. We should have asked if there was a charge but with an upcharge of that amount, I would have expected acknowledgement of the per room cost. We almost felt duped with that surprise and pushed back but with no result.
Once again a very good job. The technician was great.
ZeroRez destroyed my carpet by using a counterrotating brush that damaged the weave and fibers of the carpet in the three places where there was a pet stain that needed to be removed. They refuse to take responsibility for this damage after they initially said they would "make it right". I will never use this company ever again and would like everyone to know who may consider using them that they are not a responsible company when their people refuse to address a wrong they have caused on a job.
