It was fast and didnt take that long to dry. I only wish it did a little bit of a deeper clean on my high traffic areas.

There was a miscommunication in what we ordered and the services that were provided/charged. The special I signed up for was 3 rooms cleaned plus one room of special protectant for 99. I conveyed this to my husband and then I got a bill for $200. They did a bio-something treatment instead of protectant and did talk to my husband about it, but he thought this was the thing I signed up for. So we were charged $60-70 more than anticipated. My husband said he didn’t feel like the technician was trying to upswell him or anything, so that’s good. But there was obviously a miscommunication and we are still out $60-70 ☹️ The floors look nice though

Contrary to the published policy the “movable” lighter furniture were not moved and the underneath carpet was not cleaned.

Prompt, friendly, polite, nice technician.
I feel like there were some spots in one room that need to be retreated. There were no soiled areas that I did not expect to come clean. The carpet is a high grade carpet that is supposedly less susceptible to stains that cannot be removed. If you could come and re-treat this one room I would appreciate it.

The rug was cleaned on Wednesday and when I was kneeling on it on Saturday my knees were wet. I know that the weather was raining on Wednesday but for it to be wet enough to leave wet spots on my pants tells me that it was not done properly.
