Overall I was happy with service and the tech. Tech was super helpful. I just had one room that after drying, just doesn’t look clean at all. Not sure what happened.

Cleaning up after you are done with your work. Your guys left the white marks of water solution on the wooden floor and we end up in cleaning.

I’ve heard the ads on the 105.3 The Fan for a while. I decided to give them a try. The guy who came out did an outstanding job on my carpet and tile. He was not rushed and was very careful around the furniture. They are the only company I will use going forward.

We have used Zeroez in the past and always appreciate the quality of work. The person who answers the phone is as pleasant and efficient as one can possibly imagine!

This was such a good experience. The technician was quiet and cheerful and so conscientious. I have had 2 other cleaning services in the past, and while it made a difference, Zerorez actually got the chairs back to their original colors and feel of the fabric. This time I felt EVERYTHING got lifted out of the upholstery, and the work on the carpets was amazing. While this is the most expensive service I have ever had, it was BY FAR the most successful; I would recommend everyone save up a little and go with this company and this process. No chemicals, no perfumes, just clean--really clean.

I love that my carpets are clean! I love that there are no harsh chemicals for my grandbabies or dog. I love that the technicians are professional and clean up after themselves. They are polite. They come and get the job done and leave!

I had a temp quote on the cleaning but when the carpets were done it was much higher cost. No furniture was moved so very little of the room carpet was cleaned yet I was charged extra for a room more than 200 square feet. Plus added trip charges, etc. that are not mentioned in the sale price. Was disappointed in the charges for the amount of carpet actually cleaned in the rooms. Sigh.

Several spots were not removed. Looked ok when wet but still there after drying. Expected a carpet cleaning would do more than a wet vacuum cleaning.

Price point is great! Customer service over the phone is super helpful and very accommodating! Communication is great as well! The tech who came out was so nice and did a wonderful job for us. We were very impressed with him! I will certainly use y'all again for my home and business!
