The techs are always professional and efficient. They get the job done in a timely manner and I for me of any spots and how they can treat them. Carpets always look and feel great. Only complaint is it can take longer to dry depending on the weather.

I have used Zerorez for years & completely satisfied. Then we moved & and a friend talked me into trying Chem dry that was a Huge mistake. First red flag they couldn’t tell me what were the chemicals used. Next they came & said we can definitely get these spots out & used the solution- five days later they returned because the spots I had were so much worse. They said they didn’t know why & offered to reclean so I said ok. When recleaning they “scrubbed” the areas this was another red flag I said to stop scrubbing. They tried another solution & I finally told them to just please stop. Finally the next day the owner called & wanted to send another crew I said No.
A few weeks later I called Zerorez they sent & Byddy who was excellent! He showed me sudsy solutions that he was extracting from the areas chem dry had worked on. My carpet is now clean & no more detergents & chemicals. Thank you Zerorez

The technician was very nice and I thought he did a great job. I showed him some spots on the bathroom carpet and told him there were others. He took care of the spots I showed him, but as the carpet dried, I could see the other spots were still there. I haven’t called to have someone back because of having houseguests.
