I specifically made the appointment for the 3:30-5:30pm slot after my initial Saturday appointment was canceled, so when I rescheduled I told the main office that I could ONLY do late afternoon since I work night shift and sleep in the day. The day of my appointment I get a text at 11:15 am saying the technician is done early elsewhere, and could arrive in 20 minutes. I immediately called the office and stated that I would be sleeping, I work nights, and could NOT do earlier than the original 3:30 time frame. I go to sleep, then get woken up to a call at 2:10pm asking if the technician could come then, since they were "done early." I had already reminded the previous caller from 11:15am that I could NOT do earlier than 3:30 pm. I stated this again to the caller at 2:10, and then the technician arrived at 3:30. I didn't get hardly any sleep, and it was very frustrating.

The kitchen still has a cloudy film on the tile and It is terrible.
Chemicals are not used. Sean was thorough and listened to what we were wanting to do.
The air duct cleaning was thorough and we even got to watch a little "live" video of the process. There was initially some disagreement about the agreed-upon price we were given when we made the appointment for the service. Joseph, your technician, spent the better part of 45 minutes communicating with your office in an effort to salvage the appointment, the price for which we were told was going to be double what we had been told previously. To Zerorez's credit, you chose to honor the initial price we were given, and the service was able to proceed. We have been satisfied carpet cleaning customers of yours for a few years, and we really appreciated the integrity shown by Zerorez in resolving this problem. Needless to say, we will continue to use your company for our carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning needs; and we will be sure to enthusiastically recommend Zerorez to others. Thank you so much!

Watch for the biological flash treatment not a good deal for the machine they use. Make sure you understand how your home is segmented. Make sure all services are right and deemed necessary at time of payment . Also make sur you read all waivers and fine pri t. I was charged 300 dollars for biological flash treatment all over entirety of carpets and a 2x2 section infront of my sons bedroom door was done. Will not recommend zerorez products or services. Spell it forward or backwards still a joke

It looked like someone vacuum over what I vacuumed and the carpet wasn't clean there was a spot on my carpet in the same spot. Every room looked like a waste of time and money. So, I will use another company to compare cleaning services.
