Carpets look clean
The crew was very friendly and knew what they were doing. Weve used Zerotrz several times.
The price paid this time was astronomical. I was hesitant to move forward but have always been able to trust Zerorez. Still I wonder if I did t get taken this time!

The customer service I had in booking my appointment was phenomenal. The guy that came out to do the actual cleaning provided excellent customer service as well. He explained everything clearly and effectively, and was able to provide precise quotes on everything I had cleaned. The only thing I am disappointed in is that after the cleaning of my sectional and with adding on a product charge to get rid of pet dander/body oils, my sectional still has the same “smell” and doesn’t necessarily smell clean to me which was my primary concern.

Did not keep the original scheduled date - rescheduled and rescheduled. The technician, Fred, was good though.
Raphael was the best. He took time to explain to me the best way to take care of my carpet and what other services zerorez is able to provide.
The wrong items were cleaned and the items cleaned were much more expensive. A sofa was cleaned for $140 instead of a touch up on a rug for $30.
Both young men were very courteous and professional-answered all my questions satisfactorily.

We could not afford any extra's since we are on limited funds. We also have health issues, so no sent of any kind could be used. The carpets were much cleaner the other times but I do understand they also are older. The regular stains didn't come up. The person doing it was very professional and helpful. I just wish it could have looked cleaner.
