The results were very impressive. Carpet looks so much better! The technician (Alberto) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was experienced, diligent, and personable. He described the process and associated costs thoroughly in advance of proceeding and then during the treatment.

Everything went smoothly and looked great!
Buddy was very polite and nice but he was so fast that I question how clean my carpets actually got. He asked me if I wanted something done to a few pet spots but didn’t explain any pricing. Shame on me for not asking. I did mention we were selling the house so I didn’t want do anything extra cost wise. I was also charged an extra large room fee without any explanation. The room is not that large. There are cabinets on half the wall. I went from thinking the total would be $99 to $320+. Everything happened so fast that I didn’t even have time to process what was happening.
Additionally a mark was left on a wall that I’d just had painted and a pet gate I had hanging in the hallway on the wall was broken when he opened it the wrong way. He did offer to help fix it but it was easier to wait until my husband could take care of it. Just added an extra item on our already long to do list.
Overall, I’d go with a different company who took their time to explain things and actually cleaned the carpets instead of trying to get done as fast as possible.
How to make it right…I’d like to be charged the $99 I thought I was going to be paying. I won’t be returning as a customer so only a partial refund would be acceptable.

I would appreciate it if they could wear booties over their shoes like they did last time. And make sure there weren't smears on the tile I just paid a lot of money to have cleaned.
The worker was very nice and pleasant tho.
You guys did a great job. The only frustrating part was you guys picked out a 2-hour window. Near the end of the window, you called to say you would be 30 minutes later than the end of the window & ended up coming later than 30 minutes. When people take off work for the time window you provide & you're outside of it is frustrating.
The carpets themselves look great though.

Fair price at 3 rooms for $99 + disposal fee & tax. Pet Enzymes at $60/per room is pricey unless you are giving a discount. The Technicians are always knowledgeable & polite. Service is prompt. LOVE that you don't leave the carpet soaking wet. Only takes a few hours of warm air to dry.
Efficient
Zerorez kept me informed and contacted me with the tech's arrival time. The tech arrived right at the time stated. He was very courteous, informed me exactly what he was going to do, and proceeded to very efficiently and thoroughly provide the service I had requested. It was an excellent job.
I like the punctuality of the technician, the efficiency while he is here, and the service. I am always pleased with the outcome.

First technician arrived and quoted a price for the entire job. We agreed and his equipment malfunctioned which I understand. He left and they sent another technician who quoted the same job for several hundred more. I called the office and they gave me the original quote price. All quotes should be the same, no matter what technician arrives.

The technicians were very professional. They explained the job and treatment they would use on our carpet (we had some dog urine issues). They worked very hard and were thorough, moving some furniture that we had said was not necessary. I have already recommended your service to someone and they’ve used ZeroRez and were very satisfied.
