Very professional technicians. Carpet looks good after cleaning. They stay in touch the day of cleaning so you know when to expect them.
The technician who came out was EXCELLENT. I will request him on all further jobs. He took his time, was meticulous with his work and explained everything to us. Very professional.
The technician was very nice and I thought he did a great job. I showed him some spots on the bathroom carpet and told him there were others. He took care of the spots I showed him, but as the carpet dried, I could see the other spots were still there. I haven’t called to have someone back because of having houseguests.

This is my 3rd or 4th time to use zerorez and I said the 2nd time I would not use again. No time was spent on my carpet and the tech was very rude. I asked him if we could move a coffee table which was no way near up to 50 pounds, to clean beside and he stood there so I moved it myself. I am 65 years old!! He also watched as I picked up each leg to place aluminum foil under as he said he did not have anything to place under the legs. I will never use your company again. I am definitely not giving this company another chance.
The deal we received was a good deal but the service was excellent! This was our first time getting our carpets cleaned since moving into our home four years ago and the results are outstanding! We have a new no shoes rule now! We will surely be using Zerorez at least annually.
