Friendly and helpful staff.
Zerorez left my sofa stained with brownish streaks. I called to make them aware and they sent a tech back to correct the issue. The staining remained after the 2nd "cleaning". I sent an email with pictures addresing the issue and got no response. I called after a few days and was told that management was not in office to rectify the issue. I am still awaiting a call and refund. I would not recommend.
Bobby was great !!
Burt was very polite and professional. As he arrived slightly over 2 hours late than scheduled, he did not charge for our room carpet and runners. We were pleasantly surprised and thankful for that!
We will be calling Zerorez next time for cleaning definitely.

The technicians are always nice, polite, and efficient. I will say there have been several times I thought I was going to get a special and when the technician arrived the special was not on the account. If I use them again I will not book online and make sure I am going to get the special or I will send the technician away.
The carpet was left entirely too wet. I have fans STILL on certain areas.

I don’t believe that protection on the rugs is worth the money as not enough was sprayed on to really help much it needs a heavy sprayer to really make it worthwhile! I feel like I threw away $90
Also need a small attachment to get into small areas

You were unable to clean my sofa. I understand. But I had to get special permission for my stairway to be cleaned and I still have stains.

My technician,Mario, was very polite and professional. He explained the process that ZeroRez uses and explained the services I would be using. I like that Zerorez in environmentally friendly and I’m always happy with the job that is done.

The technician was EXCELLENT and I tipped him well. He was trying to make up for the HORRIBLE customer service that I received over a 2 week time period including no less than a dozen phone calls incoming and outgoing. When I first called, I was told you were booked solid because of Easter, so I scheduled 4/17. First my appointment was cancelled due to a broken down truck on 4/17. The time was 4-6pm. I was rescheduled for 4/19, 4-6pm, when I got the call that the technician was running late at the previous job and they had to reschedule me. Then I was rescheduled for 4/24, 3:30-5:30pm. The weekend prior, I received 2 separate emails confirming 2 different windows of time. One for 8-10am and the other for 3:30-5:30pm. I stayed home from work and called to make sure my appt was the morning window even though that is NOT what I originally scheduled...because I go to an office. The technician did NOT show up during the 8-10 window despite what the CS person told me that morning. When I called again, I was told 11am. No one showed. When I called again, I was told my window was 9-2!!! Since when, Mitzie!?? The technician showed up a little after 2pm! This was THE WORST customer service imaginable & all my friends wondered WHY I continued and didn't find another company. So, no I would not recommend Zerorez even though I have used the company at 2 different houses for many many years. My compensation, after arguing with Mitzie, was one free room. Not even close to what I deserved after ALL OF THE MAJOR INCONVENIENCES I was put through. It should have been free after all of that! Very disappointing:( I will look for a new service next time.
