You m he messed up my appointment time and the cleaner said that my 17 x 3 1/2‘ long hall with 100 ft.² and it isn’t but he was very nice about doing a whole hundred square feet. The rugs look great afterwards and the guy was very polite.

The technician was on time, walked through the house and listened attentively to my requests, and did an excellent job.

I like the quality of the employees that come to my home how polite they are and the fact they don’t try to upsell me things I don’t need. Sometimes I spend a lot of money sometimes I just need the special and they understand.
I also like the fact that there’s no residue on my carpet.

Expected cleaner carpet and the "technician" attitude was the whole time like she was doing us a favor.

I love how easy it is to schedule and that the process is fast and clean with no chemical odor.

Technician was very rushed. Didn't do as well of a job as the last two that have done on my carpet... and it showed. Also, treatment didn't work - not sure he sprayed the affected areas very well, if at all.

Good service at affordable price

Raphael did such a fantastic job. Originally, we had a different company come out to clean our carpets. Unfortunately, we were left with an even smellier house and stains that we were told could not be removed. We scheduled with Zerorez as a last ditch effort before getting new carpet. Raphael seemed genuinely excited and eager to do a great job for us, the carpets no longer have an odor and he was able to remove those stains! His work ethic is what I would hope every employee would have. This guy should be doing the training! Hang on to him- he’s a keeper! Thank you, Raphael, and thank you Zerorez for doing a great job training this gentleman. We are so pleased and feel so blessed!

I like everything! I was very impressed from the time the technician arrived until the time he left. And after, because my carpets were so clean. Tech was so friendly and accommodating. Didn’t try to promote or upsell, which honestly was quite refreshing. He was quick and efficient. Will definitely be using Zero Rez again and recommending you all!
