Great job and very friendly!
ZeroRez does a great job with my carpets, they offer a pet treatment which is especially beneficial since I have 3 cats, and the carpets always feel fresh afterwards. I have used ZeroRez in the past and had no issues, however this time, I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, received two confirmation calls, but when the day came, towards the end of my time slot window I received a call saying they would not be able to make it. This was upsetting, because I am 36 weeks pregnant and my husband had to take time off from work to be able to help me move furniture and I had cleaned the whole house in preparation. When I told them that this was an issue, they said they would check with dispatch and see if it would still be possible to show up, but maybe late. When I did not hear anything back for a while, I called back, and spoke with a different representative who promised me they would still be arriving. Then I finally got a call back from the original rep who said there is no way they would be able to make it, and offered no resolution or compensation for the inconvenience. I called back a couple of days later to explain the situation and how disappointing it was, and they did right their wrong and provided the service complimentary. Ultimately, I am happy they eventually did offer a resolution and did a great job. But that is why I am providing 7 stars instead of 10.

Absolutely amazing!!!! have used Zerorez several times now, for carpet, tile, and upholstery services. I will never use another company ever!! The results are fantastic and being a pet owner I can rest easy knowing no harsh chemicals are being used. Additionally, every technician has been extremely professional, and very friendly!!

You kept me informed about your arrival time. You were prpt. The tech was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and chair that had lots of pillows. He left the area clean and neat.

Your employee was very friendly, however, I don’t know why I get to choose a two hour window when the serviceman didn’t shop up til 3 hours past the last hour of my window. When I called I got no explanation. It makes it hard to suggest your company to those that work during the day.

Your Silver Air duct Cleaning Package - Vents , returns , plenum box , coils
& fan motor.
He didn't clean any vents / returns or fan motor. He only did partial Plenum box and not a good job on coils.
He only went to attic with his machine only vacuumed from the top partially.
I am very disappointed and planning to make a formal complaint.
