Alberto was on time, very pleasant and thorough. His commitment to a job well done helped to make up for my disappointment at Zerorez rescheduling my appointment on the original day it was scheduled.
There are many many many stains that are VERT VISIBLE after the carpet dried.
Be clearer on what could cost extra. The price at the end of the day was double my quote over the phone.

I asked the Tech to send pictures as I could not make it out to the property on Saturday. He was only interested in a gratuity and for him to ask me that first thing should be a concern of yours. I saw the work on Sunday and it's not very good.
Some grout was damaged, other grout was still dirty.

Getting my appointment straight was ridiculous. It took me 4 of 5 phone call and some text to get it straight. The last person I spoke with did a great job. Double checked both locations for correct scheduling. She sent the schedule to myself and our other location manager right away with the correct information.
Received a discount email after I booked by commercial cleaning only to be told it was for residential only. This is not stated on the email.

I felt like there wasn’t great spot treating beforehand and many spots I was able to see and treat with Folex after the cleaning. I felt like these should’ve been taken care of with the cleaning. The guy who completed the job was great— I just think the cleaning could’ve been better.
Despite paying over $300 for a 1 hour carpet cleaning, your tech still thought he needed to gouge me a bit extra for what he called one oversize room. All he was doing was traffic areas around all my furniture, and one room had a king size bed, and all the rooms had a lot of furniture... But did he offer me any credit for any undersized rooms there? No he didn't...So quit trying to nickel and dime your customers. I could have saved money just about anywhere else.
It has nothing to do with your company, I just don't have many friends here in Texas that needs my suggestions.
Carpets were a good bit wetter than I expected, plus the tech didn't completely clean up after. He also left a small metal fitting here
I wasn’t pleased with the service I received from Zerorez. My floors were still dirty after they were cleaned. My floors were also still wet for 2 days following the cleaning.
My original request was for a late appointment. I was told it would be sometime between 3-5. I received a text message the day before my appointment with a time change with new time being 1-3. I received a phone call on the day of service stating technician would be at my house at 12:15. I work until 1 so to accommodate my schedule I requested a late appointment. To receive a call saying technician was on his way to my home and would arrive at 12:15 was not what I wanted to hear. I explained I didn’t get off work until 1. I also reiterated that I expected my carpets to be cleaned that day. The appointment was rescheduled for 1:00 as I’m literally driving to my house I received a call at 1:08 informing me the technician was there and no one was home…REALLY??
I had already explained to the scheduler I didn’t get off until 1. I was at my house by 1:10. Thank goodness I work close to my house.
The technician was fine no complaints about his service. Scheduling a completely different issue.
