William was my service provider on Wednesday. William was very professional and he appeared to take pride in making my carpets look very clean. There were spots created by having an Estate Sale in the house. William was able to remove the spots and the carpets looked great when he left. Thank you Zerorez and William.
The professionalism
Cleans carpet very well. Dries quickly. Technicians are always professional, polite and thorough. Reasonably priced. Quick appointments and office is great at communicating from appointment made, reminders, arrival time and following up about the experience.

My technician was very efficient and on time. I was very pleased with the results.
The price quoted to me for 3 rooms was $79.00. Little did I know, I was charged extra for gasoline and other things, and it ended up costing me over $115.00. They did a good job, but I spent more than I had to. Thank you.

Carpets still had spots (not heavy stains) and streaks like it was not cleaned evenly. I asked the tech to remove his shoes on my new floors or use shoe covers. He did at first, until I left the house and my friend was there working, but I saw shoe prints all over my new wood stairs. It was a shoddy job that I didn't think I would have to babysit the tech.
Excellent company, great results!
Schedule fewer appointments per day. It took approximately 3 hours for what was an average size job. Therefore, you should not schedule jobs to start after about 3 p.m. Technician was perfectly capable and polite but did not arrive until 6:30 p.m. He did not finish until 9:20 p.m.
This is very intrusive into family life. I had plans for the evening that I had to cancel. I would have canceled the appointment except for the fact that I had done a lot of preparation removing and relocating stuff from the bottom of closets, under beds, etc. Rescheduling would have been extremely inconvenient and disruptive.

We recently moved into a new house in which the carpets had never been cleaned. Our carpets now look great & smell even better! The service was fast and our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

We had the carpet cleaned and there were dark "v" lines everywhere. I sent pictures. They had to come out and do it over. The second time the tech used a brush and then cleaned it. It came out perfect. This is the second time we had to do this. You cleaned our carpets a couple of years ago and the same thing happened. Shouldn't have to have it done twice!

Overpromised on stain removals of water rings on couch cushions. Nothing ever comes out and this service I made a point to the technician, he was very rude and unprofessional. I called in to ask for a refund and I was promised a call today. I called at 2pm my time and the guy answering told me I was next in line to get a call. It's now 10:20pm with no calls and 4 attempts now to get through to customer service. Worst company in the world

The technician who cleaned our white carpets did an excellent. He answered all our questions, was extremely conscientious, and very thorough in his cleaning of our carpets. We have a set of stairs that we will be calling to have cleaned at a future date.
