Very clean , no residue!!!

The carpet was very very wet when Jose left. My hall tiles at the back were also left with standing puddles. It was supposed to be dry in 4-6 hours. I put all my ceiling fans on and 8 other fans blowing at the carpet for over 24 hours but even last night when I stretched out my back by laying on the floor I felt dampness. How long does drying really take? Will I have mildew on the spots where I finally put my furniture back? Who knows???

Love the air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. It would be good to advise customers that duct cleaning requires access to 220V (like your dryer outlet).

Alberto was terrific. He arrived and got right to work. It was mid afternoon but he worked hard and was finished in about an hour. He did a great job and was very pleasant to work with.

What I do not like is the two extra add on charges after the work was completed. It was about $30.00 above the shared cost. These charges should be shared ahead of time. It makes for a very distasteful process. It lowers the business to a second class group. I would strongly recommend against continuing this policy.

Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning and disinfecting our air ducts and entire HVAC system. We have had allergies and have heard about the great difference this will make in air quality inside our home. Raphael, our Technician, did an amazing job. He was punctual, polite and did a great job explaining the treatment and work prior to beginning. We were very happy with his customer service. Technician was polite and professional, however I felt like he didn't spend enough time for the job. Showed up and gone in 45 minutes. Have used Zero Rez several times for the same service, and never had anyone in as big of a rush as this time. Other tech's seemed a little more focused on getting it done right, and were not rushed. Might be wrong, but it seems like it would be the same as when I vacuum. I can run my vacuum cleaner over my whole house in 15 minutes, but I seem to pick up a lot more dirt when I slow down and give the vacuum cleaner more time to do it's job.

Technician at my house was great, no complaints. However, my estimate over the phone was not completed properly. The estimate undercharged a sectional and left one sectional completely out even though we discussed at length the items I had. I ended up paying $200 more than quoted.
