Tile floors were either not cleaned well enough or had a lot of residue. The person who did our tile floors and carpets and area rugs, moved some heavy furniture but also made deep scuff marks and scratches on my hardwood floors. Overall he was efficient and kind. But I would’ve preferred better pre-visit instructions to get the house prepped for cleaning.
Have been in my home for 23 years and John was the best technician I have ever experienced he was so knowledgeable and caring not only for my carpet but for all my questions and needs .
Not only does John deserve a raise he also needs to train all the other technicians he is that good! 🤗

Didn't clean to my expectations. The tiles were not clean.
They were on time & they did a great job on my carpet. My house still smells clean & fresh after a week. They were very friendly & I felt safe being in the home with them. I will definitely be using them again. Thank U very much for a job well done
I liked the techs but had have them return later the same day to fix the incredibly wet carpet. Then it dried with a strange white residue that discolored parts of the carpet so much I had to reclean it myself. I think my money should be refunded
The charges for spot cleaning are VERY high.
Clean a room for $33 but clean a spot in the room for $75?!? I was just disappointed with all the “upselling”.

The worker who came to our house was kind, polite, hard working and answered our questions. We are very pleased with the job he did.
The price, everythime a cleaning service comes out no matter if it'stanaely steamer, eagle services you are nickle and dimed. I order on line with the discount my bill was around $1300 after the tech came and and made his recommendation, the bill was over $2300 with the dicount I paid $1997. Its a bait and switch with carpert cleaner services. The technician had an attitude when I asked him to put the sectional back together, his response, I'm not good at that and always have trouble, then he shouldnt have pulled it part. I was referred by a friend because I thought stanely steamer took advanage of the situation. The technician also stated that I had pets, when I tolkd him I had not, he recommend the pet services. I told him I was going to get a dog, he stated that because of the pet urine in the rug the other dog would have issues. I opted for the recommendations because I have the money, but it's a scam to nickle and dime you.

The gentleman who did the carpets did a wonderful job but the company itself does very poorly with communication. They told us they had to reschedule our visit during the timeframe we had to another day two days afterwards when we already had all the furniture moved. I got angry and after talking to a supervisor the next day we got the carpets done but I was extremely mad because my husband is 81 and had to sleep in a sleeping bag on the floor. I will not use them again.
