Horrible service. The tech showed up at the very last minute of appointment time, then stated he had a full truck and could he use mine or my neighbors sewer line to dump. Extremely unprofessional. He the proceeded to try to tell me that a carpet that had a few light stains would only get worse with the cleaning unless I paid $75 per spot to clean them. The entire reason I scheduled a carpet cleaning was to remove light stains (think one level darker than carpet... not a big brown or black stain at all). After cleaning my couch, the DRY baking soda I put on it to freshen it wasn't even vacuumed up.
Horrible horrible, misleading service with a person that was not honest. I will not recommend your service and unless someone contacts me regarding some type of refund I will ensure that I let all friends, neighbors and social media know NOT to utilize this lack of service.

My experience with Zerorez has been wonderful! They came to clean my carpet & 3 pieces of furniture. Making the appt was easy. Since I am a repeat customer, they had my information already. I spoke to 1 person & didn't have to bounce between representatives & repeating my requests Your technician evaluated our needs & did a wonderful job!! My house looked fabulous & it still does! I appreciated his checkin-in with me so I knew when he was arriving. I thought that it was a big job for one guy. But he worked very hard and finished in a couple of hrs!! The furniture looks like new! It feels and smells wonderful!! And I know that there is 0 residue left on my carpet! I appreciate Zeroz. They provide a great service with courtesy & professionalism! I would have appreciated a phone bid closer to the actual cost. But our technician found a way for us to get a great deal!! I highly recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thanks!

Here was my experience with people answering phones and calling customers for Zerorez.
5/17/23 I spoke to your rep via phone and set up a firm appointment for 5/24/23, between 8-5pm. There was never any mention of anything other than a firm appt. time.
She assured me that someone would call 1-2 days prior to the appointment to provide a more narrow time window to expect them. No call was received. Finally, on 5/23/23 at 3pm, I contacted a Zerorez representative to get a firm time window. I was told my appointment was on "STANDBY" and someone would call on 5/24/23 to let me know "IF" my home would be serviced that day. In the meantime, I received an email indicating that your company would be there on 5/24/23. I clearly stated to your representative via telephone that I would not do further business with your company if they did not show up as advertised. Eventually, I received a window of 1-3pm on 5/24 to expect a technician. This all took up my time, required multiple calls and left me with a bad impression of your method of scheduling and service.

The cleaner had a tough job before him to clean pet spots from a new puppy and our carpet is about 10+ years old. But after the cleaning process, our carpet looks, smell and feels great after he did the steam cleaning. He did not disappoint! Thank you Zerorez for a great product and excellent team!
