The technician, Bert, was very professional and personable!! He explained everything and was very careful during the cleaning process.
He took a considerable amount of time to work on a few “tough” stains!

Way Too Expensive. I called for the $99 special and ended up paying $400 due to all the upsales. $60 per room for the pet chemical is ridiculous. Unlikely to use again.
Excellent cleaning at an affordable price.
Highly recommend Zerorez. They cleaned my carpet to a new home which dramatically improved its appearance and cleanliness. They were understanding and flexible with my schedule and arrived on time and performed the cleaning timely.

I am extremely pleased with the way my carpet and furniture is cleaned.
Every time I have scheduled a 4-6 appointment I have always gotten a call moving up the time. I schedule my time off work to be home at a certain time and this crates a problem for me.
I used the free tile cleaning coupon and my kitchen was just a tad bigger then the 100 sg, feet and I was told it would be $150.00 to add any extra footage. That seemed a bit outrageous Seems the priced could be pro rates to add extra footage.

Cleaning was good, not great. After sales pitch for additional pre treatment services 120% more than the carpet cleaning itself. Not 100% satisfied with results.
