Please listen to your clients. I was surprised at the cost of my cleaning, just to find out the man I spoke to was not listening to me. He saw a way to get money out of me, not assessing my actual need. Not to mention a huge stain is still on my carpet. It so happens to be purple as well.

Really great experience, made a call they sent someone out the next day to do a quote. We scheduled the cleaning and they kept me updated on ETA, the Tech showed up, got busy and before you knew it he was done.

The gentleman who came to clean our carpets on Saturday did an excellent job. He communicated and presented himself and the company in a professional manor, completed all tasks efficiently and to a high standard. We will definitely call again!

The attitude of the guy was so unprofessional and rude. I almost asked him to leave and not clean the carpets. He bashed past people who have cleaned our carpets and said they were bad. I sat outside while he cleaned because I didn’t want to deal with him.

My carpet is old and it still looks good after you guys clean it.

The technician was excellent, I give him a 10. However the carpet still smells like animal urine. The carpet looks good but the oder was still there. Again, the technician was great, got me in last minute and showed up 30 minutes early. I couldn’t say anything negative about him but the product was expensive for the pet treatment and it didn’t come out as anticipated. I paid $600 for the upstairs and don’t feel that I got what I paid for from an outcome standpoint.

Great Service

Dries quickly and no caustic solutions. Just wish we could have gotten the gatorade stain out better. Any ideas and perhaps a stain suggestion?
