Raphael was the best representative ever for Zerorez. He worked efficiently and throughly. He checked back with me repeatedly on trouble areas. Zerorez has never disappointed me, but Raphael was tops. He deserves a top qualification for a family cruise

My carpet is clean, but it is now hard and stiff as if there is a residue that remains. The finish product leaves much to be desired with foot prints remaining.

Well I think you need to inform customers that when technicians come the distance they clean is not against baseboards. Also fees charged on arrival will double or almost triple of what you bargained or budgeted to pay. Also, apparently I was misinformed about cancellation the week before and so was other client about l 2 persons team coming and one called in sick so I had to reschedule “. Seriously, I think you misrepresent a lot of information. I was not notified of technician being over an hour late until I called and then I was told I would get a call 30 mins before he arrived after I called and it was more like 10 mins It was inconvenient timing for family because I was not told 4-6 hrs before we could walk on it and because he was late I had to put pads down to walk on not to ruin clean carpet until everyone was in the bed and then moved them so it would dry. I guess I was disappointed but technician was very nice Also tipping was not mentioned, but I realized a tip would be taxed if applied to card. REALLY?? Guess that hots the highlights. Oh except that door.of your house will be left open for cleaning g process and heat of summer after rain with mosquitos is very bad on my part to have scheduled with humidity and rain. Very upset

A bit expensive, we were charged $15 extra for a bigger room but other rooms were super small with furniture included so it didn't feel right. The associate was polite and friendly though

Unfortunately I was expecting a way cleaner carpet. The fact that yall only use water to clean the carpets lifts up no stains at all even dirt stains which is what I had. I have heard wonders through the KLTY radio and in all honesty I wouldn't recommend yall at all. I could have done a better cleaning with my own Bissell carpet cleaner.
