Chemical free
We have used you for several cleanings. Always easy to make an appointment. On time and always great service. Raphael was tremendous! Very professional and great suggestions.

I really appreciated the represented you sent. He was polite and professional. I felt positive about the cleaning because of water only. My only comment is more water removed from the carpet would have been a positive. And the rep suggested vacuuming - and that is a must. So much dust was removed with the first vacuuming after the carpet was cleaned. The tile was beautiful. I took an old towel to dry left behind water and it made me realize how much I need the tile cleaned by a professional. I don't always feel comfortable with strangers coming into my home, even though I want their help. But your young man would have made you proud.
I like the fact that you clean without chemicals, and the end result is fantastic. The cleaning crew is efficient and well-trained and respectful of the walls, floors and objects in the home. I won't use any other cleaning company.

Not as thorough as I was hoping in two rooms. Cost for a stand alone rug was $160. I declined because the rug didn’t even cost that much. So not a value at all.

I like that you don't use detergents that leave residue behind. I like that you use a scrubber to loosen the dirt before using.the water wand. Setting up cones in specific places to protect my walls from the hose is very thoughtful. I also liked how there was a "window" in the hose so I could see the color of the water being sucked out of the carpet.
Our service provider, Rafael, was very friendly and did a great job. He explained everything and made us feel comfortabe about selecting Zerorez to clean our carpet.

Remove the tipping option!!
Everyone expects a tip for doing the job they are already getting paid for. (Waiters in restaurants make $2.16 per hour so that is different.)
When a company puts a tipping option in their invoice it becomes an expectation of the employee and it puts pressure on the customer to tip or they are considered cheap. And it’s a way for the company to pass the buck to get their customers to keep their employees happy. Ridiculous!
