First of all, the rep on the phone gave false information. Once the tech arrived, he said the stain may reappear, but the smell would be gone. Well the stain was still there and the smell is still apparent. I work out of town, but once I get back, I will be contacting them once again to have them reclean the stained mattress.

Did an amazing job. Took out stains I didn't think would ever come out. Our technician explained what he would be doing and and gave us tips to protect the carpet after he was done as well. Didn't try to upsell any sort of extra service either.

The person who came here was very nice over the phone (as we were not here). we understand that we are supposed to vacuum beforehand but we did not realize the contractors had left as much mess. however even so. there were still some larger pieces of material on the ground that could have been picked up first, because it makes it seem like areas might not have gotten cleaned even. also there was some wall powder that got wet and made a worse mess in the carpet than if it had remained dry. this was unfortunate.
also the company called and tried to change the time to earlier, despite someone having confirmed the time. and then they ended up coming late, although they never called back to confirm anyone was coming at all. both of which caused some issues on our end. it was unfortunate as the company had been recommended by our contractors!

Diamond did an excellent job w/ explaining what was to be done, how much it would cost, and spent the time to do the job right.

There was gum and other adhesive tape residue that was supposed to be taken out of the carpet. I noticed a difference but not a removal of 3 sections but the 4th section by the fridge wasn’t even touched.
