Mario is an incredible asset to Zerorez. When he showed up we forgot about our appointment and rather than cancel our (already rescheduled) appointment, he helped us move things and took extra care during the carpet cleaning to make sure that our problem areas were taken care of. He was kind and not judgmental and we just really loved working with him. Thank you for a positive experience.

Clean, no residue product. Crews are polite, knowledgeable and professional.
The process was simple and uncomplicated. The technician arrived a little early, a good thing, and began the cleaning process with coverings on his shoes and corner protectors for each room and hallway. I was pleased with his work along with the price. As expected the 4 rooms for $99 package increased with an additional application of carpet protection. I did NOT get the two Texas Rangers tickets that were supposed to be included. Forgot to ask the technician before he left. Other than that, I was pleased with the carpet cleaning.

The young many tried hard and did a decent job. There were two spots, one fairly large that he did seem to get up. I haven't examined everything yet. It was just such a different experience than I've had in the past when the technician came. Previously, when I mentioned animals were in the room, they would check the carpet and show me where urine/feces had been before cleaning; they moved some of the furniture that I couldn't move - I have no idea yet if any of the furniture was moved before cleaning. I moved everything out that I could manage so the only things remaining were things that couldn't be moved - piano, entertainment center; and the bed, chair, and couches (which could be shifted to clean the carpet). Then he couldn't leave until I paid, and I wasn't told that I needed to have cash or check. I do not pay by telephone and he couldn't send the invoice to my email, only my phone. He offered his phone, which I'm also not paying on. So I called and paid over the phone, which was fine, but took a while to get there. Once again, the young man was respectful and obviously was trying. The entire experience just lacked confidence for me.

Chipped paint on two areas of my walls. I called around 11AM and someone said a supervisor would get back to me likely the next day and I’ve still never got a call back.
We have used your services before and always had great service. The office staff was amazing as always and the communication and punctuality was perfect. The technician on the other hand was short with me when I asked him to send me the link for payment and ultimately hung up on me. I had this service done for my kids and was told ahead of time it would be fine to pay from a link. I just think maybe he needs some more training in proper customer service.
