$75 per small stain?

The service man, prices, clean carpet.

I’m not sure you could. The traffic areas are still noticeable although much better and there were a few spots still remaining. Your tech was very friendly- he worked diligently and when the first tech showed up without a working black light you sent someone right out.

I had used zeroes couple of this time, I was nickel and dime this time. Did you change the way you pay the carpet cleaners? Do they get a percent of want the nickel and dime out of you.

He said not a problem but submitted an additional charge for $80 dollars more.
He should have been up front of the cost. It felt like scam on the back side.

Joseph was awesome! He is the only one from Zerorez as well as other cleaning companies and our HVAC company that we have used over the years that was able to get off the panel to the evaporator coil. Everyone else said it was soldered on. Our plumber said it was not and Joseph confirmed that. Unfortunately, because the evaporator coil had been neglected for over a decade, it now has to be replaced. But so thankful that Joseph was able to get it opened up so that we could see why we were having so much dust in the house. The evaporator coil was totally clogged and getting rusty.
