We had our carpet cleaned on Friday, July 7, in the afternoon. Jesse was exceptional. He was very thorough and conscientious. Some areas needed extra attention. He presented the situation to us and gave us several choices. One place he suggested the site be flooded & extracted. We chose to pay extra & add the process. When Jesse finished, while it was still damp, the area looked clean. However, after it dried, the area looks like it has a spot that needs to be cleaned.

We have used Zerorez several times in years past and have always been satisfied with the service. This time was no exception. However, when the carpet was dry in years past, it looked even better. Therefore, we would like to have Zerorez come back out & clean this one spot again.

Shane did a great job! He was on time, professional and also very personable, too!

Fast drying time, pet products. My master bedroom odor was not resolved. Think tech did not spend enough time in this room.

Small wall damage was done and not reported to us. I wish they would have just simply let me know. Service was good other than that.

Appointment was set for 7/6/23. Left work early to be present and at the time service was scheduled we received a call to reschedule for Saturday, 7/8/23.
Scheduling system is not very easy to use since the time is a range that makes it difficult to know when the service will actually be done.

Love all of your products and services, of which we have had many. We have only used Zerorez for over 15 years!

My floor was super wet afterwards. To the point I was afraid mold was going to be growing at the pad. We didn't see that the water was very dirty which was really surprising. I almost wonder if he didn't suck it up enough is why the water wasn't that dirty. My appmt got cancelled when we first scheduled with no one to replace them even though it was pretty urgent and it was time for them to be at my house. We were promised Hawaiian falls tickets that we have yet to see. I know if we don't get those, I won't be using them again for sure because the whole thing didn't go well

Good customer service.

The customer service was very thoughtful. Cleaning crew was fantastic and really cleaned our carpets well. Will definitely use again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Water based cleaning

We have 2 stained areas that didn't come out. We are getting our new furniture on Tuesday and you said you can't come back until Wednesday, the day after we get our new furniture. Very disappointed.
