The technician was great! The cleaning was great but it seemed the carpet stayed really wet for over 24 hours. Not so good.
Zerorez came out and the technician was on time, respectful, and patient with all of my questions, and did an incredible job at cleaning our carpets. We added on some services while he was here and he did them quickly and very well. Highly recommend Zerorez.

Hello. The window of time I was given was 10-12 then I was called around 11:45 & told that it would be between 12-1. Then I was called & told the technician would be here at 1:50.
He did arrive at 1:50 & he was professional & kind. But he did ask me if I had vacuumed. I didn't receive information that suggested that so I was kind of frustrated.
I was able to pay online & leave the technician to do the cleaning since we had moved out the plans for the day twice. I guess maybe give a bigger window if there's a possibility that it will be 2 hours later than the time slot. Thank you.

My couch, chairs, and rug look AMAZING. Mario was able to get stains out that I thought would never come out. My furniture looks new! Mario was professional, respectful, and really took his time with my upholstery. He even gave me pointers on how to get the most life out of my rug. I will be using Zero Rez and Mario from here on out.
Mario was such an expert on our wool carpets. He cleaned the oriental carpets & when we found a stain after it dried he came back , retreated ^& now they are perfect! Very pleased with the overall experience!
