Love the pricing specials and the service!
The technician was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but he went through the cleaning process rather quickly. I wiped the carpet with a paper towel after he left and it was brown.
Bobby did an amazing job!!! He was very polite and professional. Carpets look brand new!!!

We have used Zerorez for years. Our carpets get cleaned really well. They dry fast.
Zerorez has excellent customer service. Any time I have called, the person that helped me was very knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Also, the technicians have been great - especially this last one. He was on time, very courteous and professional and knew exactly what he was doing.

Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in everything he did. The house feels completely clean now.
I have sent a message and have yet to get a response. We purchased the special that was running at the time- which was do 4 rooms and get 4 free TX Rangers tickets. So far- we have yet to hear or get these tickets with the special. No one has responded back.

I was very pleased by the professionalism of my service tech.
Your guys didn’t do a very good job. Had to clean up behind them. They left residue on tile. Didn’t clean under raised cabinets in bathrooms. Could not get stains out of carpet. All in all a mediocre job. This is the second time I’ve used ZeroRez. We were not that thrilled the first time, and now not satisfied again. We will not be recommending you.

Technician did a great job
Train customer service staff to fully explain the extra services to customer. I was told the extra treatment for pet stains in each room was 75.00 (for the best one). But the carpet cleaner got here and said it was 75.00 a gallon and a gallon only services one pet stain. Quoted me 700 to 800.00 dollars for one small room. Yes, there were multiple stains but geez!! Also, I could barely understand the lady who called and left me vm of when serviceman would arrive. She wasn't foreign, just did not speak clearly...just kinda mumbled.

The carpet looked fantastic. There was one spot that didn't come out. I am not sure why that wasn't pointed out to me. It looks worse than it started.

Machine to clean sofa was broken- when I texted to reschedule I didn’t get a response- text set up had been super easy during scheduling. I put my 2 pieces of furniture on furniture sliders and offered to move when the technician was ready so the entire carpet could be cleaned since we just moved in. I had to ask them to redo this in some rooms after since they just cleaned around them and not under them at all. I realized after they left the didn’t get those sections in our primary room so large sections that are in the main area of the room never even got cleaned.
Air duct cleaning went well.
Zerorez did a great job in cleaning my carpets and eliminating some major stains that were there for a couple years. Will definitely recommend.
