Arrival times. Said we would be given a 30 minute window and they tried to come 3 hours early and almost didn’t want to change times. My husband was at the house for the cleaning and said they did great but did charge extra for a tiny walk in closet, no bigger than the rest.
Overall fine and would recommend.

Better customer service while booking app. I was told my total was $136.65 then told you had a minimum of $137. I asked to just be charged the minimum of $137 but was told the only option was to add $20 carpet protector to get to the minimum.

Hello, we paid $254 to get our carpet cleaned a week ago and honestly, i couldn’t even tell a difference in our living room. The first time we had it cleaned about 7 months ago, they did a great job. But this time around, the carpet looked no different than the before. For $254, i wish we had gotten a better result. I love the fact that zeroez promotes no chemicals and that’s why i chose it for the second time.

Carpet was cleaned well & smelled fresh.

I signed up for the special 4 rooms cleaned plus the rangers tickets for $99+ Tax, promotion code was add20. The technician came and did the service and did a good job. But I received no information about the rangers tickets, I even sent an email to follow up about it and got no response. This was disappointing.

Our tech was fine. But he arrived 1.5 hours before the time slot announced by you. So we were just starting to do our prep and move furniture, etc. This was not an good situation.

We insisted on finishing our prep before starting the cleaning. This caused the tech to waste time. Sorry.

Your should check this out and find out what happened. Your system of assigning time slots seems like a good idea to me.

Product is excellent. But service technician is superior. Alberto did an amazing job, paid attention to details and is the ultimate professional. He took pride in his work and cared about whether his work met the customer’s expectations.

The person who came out to clean the carpet made one of the verticals come off the blind and broke it. Also made some of the door stops come off and did not attach them back.

The method and clean without any residues.
