Well I had a couple of spots that I specifically pointed out and they looked clean at the time (while wet) but as it dried, they were not clean. That is frustrating.
I also do not understand the tip situation. I have never had that with a carpet cleaner. I think you should pay your folks what they are worth and send them out to represent you well.

Scheduling and canceling was a major concern . Must meet the customers need regarding scheduling w/o the risk of cancelation and being late.
Our technician was polite, professional and very patient at our home. We had allot of chaos going on and he handled it perfectly. I’ll never use any service except Zerorez. I even told my sister in a California and she’s booked them for her home too!

My technician was very good in the beginning walkthrough, paid attention to the very small requests I made. He was very thorough and am a repeat customer.
Was able to speak to a representative promptly and in short order, set up the service. Serviceman was professional and courteous, finishing the job in a timely manner.
Product, service, technician, all were outstanding. My only complaint was you all moved the time window on the day of cleaning from my original 10-12 to 12-2 and while I accepted it and did not reschedule it was frustrating. I have 3 dogs and had planned on them being outside but by the 12-2 time slot it was too hot so I had to keep them inside in a bedroom.

Light traffic areas still dirty
Carpet cleaning was good price was good but the guy cleaning the carpet was rude and disrespectful he told me my carpet was old and was not interested in doing anything else just in a hurry to get done and leave. Having another house cleaned next week by Stanley steamer
