This was not a good experience. The guy that cleaned it was 1 1/2 hours early, so I had to leave work. And then he was done with the house within an hour. 2700 sq ft, 4 BR, large den, dining and living area. He called and said he could not leave until I paid the invoice, could I pay now and check carpets later. I couldn't leave twice. So when I did arrive, there were hard dry spots in the carpet, but none of the spots had been deep cleaned and neither did the carpets smell better. Very disappointing service. Definitely will not recommend. I think he was trying to get done quickly to meet a quota and provided bad service.
Everything looks and feels clean.
I walked in this morning and the carpet, looks fantastic.
Your techinician did an amazing job and got the those ugly spots out of our lcarpet. The lobby looks presentable again.

They showed up on time. He was very detailed in his work, which lead to a great job.
I recently had my carpet cleaned. It looks like new even though it's 11 years old. Jesse did a very thorough job and moved objects to get around them. He listened and brought all extra hose so it would reach my apartment.
My tech was on time and very personable. He did a wonderful job cleaning our couch and was able to remove all stains and made the couch look new again.
Was kept up to date on appointment with notifications. Tech arrived early, was efficient and friendly. I’m a repeat customer.
The product doesn't leave a residue on your carpet. Also carpet dries quickly without a strong scent. The service tech was very prompt,thorough & knowledgeable about products.
I ended up paying over twice the amount I was quoted over the phone. I was very specific and detailed with the areas that needed treatment, and even repeated myself when given the initial quote. I understood I may have to pay slightly more if the technician needed to use more product, but certainly wasn’t expecting to pay over twice as much!! I was sick and am still reeling. I feel as though I was mislead and taken advantage of!!
You did a great job on cleaning but your timing was a big disappointment!one and a half hour off.

We have used Zerorez for several years. Our floors always look and feel great afterwards. It's great knowing your floors are clean. I trust their method.

I was very satisfied with the service l received from Zero Rez and definitely would recommend it and will use your service again. 👍
We had 4 rooms cleaned. 3 were great and the 4th one we paid extra for pet odor removal. We knew it may not work but we weren’t expecting it to be worse. Once it dried, we couldn’t enter the room the smell is so bad. It’s a million times worse than before it was cleaned and now we are pricing our new flooring.
What I like about the service is quality and the product no harsh chemicals.

Service was good and I'm generally pleased with the results. I do wish a few spots had come out better.
Area to improve: promptness. The tech called 5 minutes before arrival (not 30). Both the call and arrival were after the scheduled window. I would have benefitted from advance notice that they would be late.
