My couch, chairs, and rug look AMAZING. Mario was able to get stains out that I thought would never come out. My furniture looks new! Mario was professional, respectful, and really took his time with my upholstery. He even gave me pointers on how to get the most life out of my rug. I will be using Zero Rez and Mario from here on out.

Mario was such an expert on our wool carpets. He cleaned the oriental carpets & when we found a stain after it dried he came back , retreated ^& now they are perfect! Very pleased with the overall experience!

$75 per small stain?

The service man, prices, clean carpet.

I’m not sure you could. The traffic areas are still noticeable although much better and there were a few spots still remaining. Your tech was very friendly- he worked diligently and when the first tech showed up without a working black light you sent someone right out.

I had used zeroes couple of this time, I was nickel and dime this time. Did you change the way you pay the carpet cleaners? Do they get a percent of want the nickel and dime out of you.

I ask your cleaning agent I would like to clean some small closets.
He said not a problem but submitted an additional charge for $80 dollars more.
He should have been up front of the cost. It felt like scam on the back side.
