Dexter was great! No fault of Dexter, but the sofa did not get fully clean though - it was hard to tell while still wet. Can we have someone come back and get the rest of the dirt out? It was rather expensive and I'd like for it to be totally clean. I have photos if you need to see.

Very very disappointed. Was supposed to be 4 rooms for $99. Tech Only cleaned 3 rooms and refused to clean rug is living room without charging an additional $60. Tech spent 10 minutes at the beginning telling me that the 30-day guarantee was only good if I spend hundreds of dollars on additional treatments. This is a very shady practice- luring customers in with the promise of a low price special offer then, once you get in the door telling the customer that the deal is really only worthwhile if you buy a bunch of extra services. When at the end of his work. I tried to express my concerns, the tech was very argumentative and rude. He was not interested in listening to me and was talking over me telling me why he was right and I was wrong.

I already sent you the information. You price out projects when customers do an on line quote then you spin them at the Job site into premium overpriced quotes. Bad form. Bate and switch BS. Your tech even tried to half price me offering (off the record discounts) cash to do the same job. Your quote on the call stands or your fired. That's how this will work.

thei carpets and rugs always look great after they are cleaned and the price is very reasonable. The guys who come out to clean are always very courteous.. unfortunately, the person who scheduled my cleaning did not tell me I had to take my big rug off of my hardwood floor even after I explained exactly what kind of rug I had, and where it was-and since it was a rainy day, I was unable to get it cleaned-when you schedule a cleaning and tell them that you have a large rug they need to tell you it has tio be moved If it's on hardwood. I was very disappointed in that-

We have no complaints about our technician. He was kind and professional in his servicing of our home.
What was very disappointing is that our carpets remained very wet for 12 hours (at least), until we went to bed. The next morning our closet remained damp until the floor fan dried the moisture that early morning. They remained wet even with ceiling and portable fans going. Walking on them with socks left wet marks on our wood, and two of our kids couldn't sleep in their beds that night because their floors were way too damp to replace the floor items that were on their beds. I really wish that the website would have warned us about this. That information would have steered us to hire another company. For that reason alone, we will not hire Zerorez again.
