quality of service and kniwledge of employee
I have already sent a comment but will just elaborate that the price quoted me on the phone was not what I wound up paying because of extras that were not explained to me from the beginning. $150 of EXTRAS!!
Great Service and the associate William did an awesome job.
William did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, with a smile and friendly, service-forward demeanor. He explained the process, talked me through any problem areas, got started right away. He worked diligently, quickly, and did a thorough cleaning that made me very happy. My carpet (including a staircase) and a large, very thick high-pile shag rug look amazing, even after a visiting dog made a terrible mess on it... He didn't nickel and dime me, charged what he had to and let go of what he could - it was totally fair. I am a return customer of Zerores, and they once again earned my business! Highly, highly recommend them.
The guy who cleaned my carpets was a really nice guy. However, my bedroom carpet smells more like dog than the bedroom where the dog actually spent most of his time and accidents. Plus after the pet treatments we're added up with fees, taxes and the base $99 charge, it added up to about $700. Really disappointed.
