I wanted the urine smell out of my rug and paid for the pet stuff and it doesn’t even remotely smell better if anything it smells worse

My chair and sofa (particularly the arms) look wonderfully clean. The chair arms had a lot of grime from my partner's oily skin. The dark areas are bright clean again!

We paid extra for a treatment for the pet odor and within 24 hours the odor was back. $200+ to clean one room and the odor is still there.
