Friendly and reliable
The man who came was very nice and polite. No problem there. The problem is that he was here for 30 minutes! And he only did 3 rooms. Honestly, how much cleaning do you think was done? Not much, let me tell you. I asked him to take his shoes off while he was in the house, which he did, then went outside, and kept his shoes on. I know that your ad is all about upsell, but come on. Ridiculous. This is an opportunity for you to impress; communicate value, etc. This is a "loss leader" that gets people to WANT to come back. You treat it like a "Well, what do you expect for this price?" Awful. Now you've totally burned me, and I burned you on Facebook, Nextdoor, etc. And the $28 extra fees? Already broke my trust.

We’ve used you guys for years and love the service. This visit, I was charged an oversized room fee for my living room that I have had cleaned consistently (that is the one room I get done every visit) and I’ve never been charged for an oversized room in the 9 years that you all have been servicing my house. I’m not sure if the guy was just trying to up my bill or what. Very frustrating.

The large room charge tacked on this time is ridiculous. With the large sofa, love seat, fireplace cutout, and TV cabinet. a couple of other charges, meh. The tech was efficient, did a good jpb, and was a good representative of Zerorez.
The people were knowledgeable, and so kind and so efficient! I thought it was going to take hours, but it took no time at all to do my entire home! Such a great experience!
Evan was very nice, professional and experienced. Our carpet looks great. We think there may still be some residue in the master closet carpet where a large stain was removed. The stain in gone but there appears to be a little something still there because you can feel it on the bottom of your feet. We noticed it this morning after it was finally all dry.
If a carpet cleaning company came to your house in a HOA neighbor hood and flushed dog hair and water down you're street past 12 houses AND even after 48 hours of dry time had a wet mold smell permeating the house.... would you have anything good to say? I would imagine the company would come remedy the situation IMMEDAITLY(while furniture cannot yet be moved back and family and friends cannot be welcomed yet). 0 out of 5 stars
