The technician was AMAZING!!! He got my couches and ottoman (fabric) super clean, including removing a ton of old stains and grime. These were ivory colored couches/ottoman. He was also extremely professional and easy to work with. Far exceeded my expectations! Thank you SO much.
We were disappointed on the outcome. We used you all before several years ago, and the results were outstanding. We were up-sales, which was fine. But the outcome was no different than what we originally started out with. The gentleman who treated our carpets was really nice and professional .But he was In and out fast. We paid $332.33
I understand that our carpet is old and never going to be like new, but last time the technician took the time to get the dog stains out, including using an iron, which we have never seen before, and the stains were completely gone. This time they are all very visible.
Would probably never use again.

The fact that after cleaning the carpet and drying process is incredibly key. I thought to myself no way this can come clean, I was amazed with the outcome, 100% clean no heavy chemical smells, didn't leave the carpet setting in water! Clean and dry...PERFECTION!
