Overall satisfied
Most of the stains are still there. Whatever chemicals, soap or shampoo didn't do the job. I highly recommend your company use something that will "clean"the customers rugs.
Our technician was very diligent especially with getting out the stain in our carpet
The technicians, Richard & Edwin were polite, professional, on time, & did a great job keeping us informed about what was happening as they cleaned the vents & ductwork in our large house. I will definitely have Zerorez come out to clean whatever is needed again.

Intro prices are good, they escalate from there, but the work is very good. My tech was very professional and did a top-level job on the carpets and assisted me in getting my throw rugs and runners cleaned as well. Will use this service and tech again.
No pre spot. Just got a vacuum. Spots remain.
You did not remove any stains. You clean carpets that need dust and loose dirt removed. Older carpets or stained carpets are not effectively cleaned. It was a waste of money in one room, a moderate waste in another, and very effective in the third room, our bedroom.

Bert was great. Professional and dedicated. What I did not like is that the 3 rooms for $109 actually ended up costing almost $400 .
thorough spot cleaning and baseboard to baseboard coverage, fast drying time, no residual scents to trigger allergies, careful thoughtful technicians both time I have used the service.
Also able to schedule on relatively short notice! Fees are appropriate.
Buck was amazing and did an outstanding job! Our church was getting ready for my mom's funeral, and he made the church sparkle. We are so grateful for his hard work.
