Zerorez has been cleaning my carpets for years now and they are always efficient and I love the process they use to clean, as it leaves no residue, just like they advertise. I like that you can always get an appointment pretty quickly, as well.
The technician was great. I called in the appointment and needed to pay in advance. The person charged me $1,000 to clean a 1,800sf house. I expected no higher than $600 considering I was getting the 3 bedrooms that were carpeted for $109. I paid, but not happy about being overcharged. The technician was great and no blame is put on him. I won't use your services again.

Zerorez is the Best! On time for appointment and Service person is knowledgeable and respectful. Our carpet is 15+ years old and looks almost new. We only use Zerorez and highly recommend them. Jeff was very pleasant and went above and beyond to be sure we were pleased.
