I have hesitated to provide feedback, however this has been bothering me. The technician was very nice, however when he arrived, he asked if he could use our restroom. He was in there close to 10 minutes and left residue in the toilet after a bowel movement, utilizing all the remaining toilet paper and wipes available. I truly believe this could have been taken care of prior to his arrival. The carpet cleaning otherwise was good, but I was surprised that he didn’t move ANYTHING, not even a pillow out of the way…just open floor.
My air ducts are clean and now breathing cleaner air-the young man that came out to the house was hard worker and knowledgeable

The technician sprayed scotch guard all over the hardwood floors surrounding our rugs. He made a total mess of it, and we can’t get the scotch guard off of the hardwood floors! Unacceptable!
