The carpet that I paid an extra $75.00 to do a deep clean is worse now than it was before.
It was a very small area about 3and half feet in diameter. I have pictures of what it looks like now and it terrible. You need to either come out and take care of this or not charge me for the cleaning.

I was quoted 418 for my service. It ended up being 775. I wanted two rugs cleaned as well. I put them in the notes when I requested service. I was never quoted that the rugs would be an additional 300. I called and spoke with a woman at the office who said she would look into and never called me back. I was absolutely ripped off and overcharged. I will never use you again and will file a complaint with the BBB.
