I was called to cancel during my scheduled window of service. I was also told there was no supervisor on duty.
After explaining I was angry that they would call me during my service window after ZeroRez had confirmed me several times, they still told me there was nothing they could do.
Randell called me back only after I explained I would write and call the Better Business Bureau. Then suddenly Randell was able to “move things around” and a tech was on his way.
Really poor experience.
That said, Antonio did a stellar job and was very professional! He is the reason this score is as high as it is. I really like your firm and no one cleans carpet better. But I had a terrible experience which had nothing to do with the actual carpet cleaning.
