I am a Dallas Realtor that has a boutique Leasing Company! I have referred so many clients to Zerorez for years! They did my carpets yesterday and my Old carpet now looks well enough to last until I have wooden floors installed! My Tech Diamond was awesome! I will request him when I use Zerorez again! ❤️

Easy to schedule and on time day of service. I only had two rooms that needed carpet but the service tech was done in a flash. The carpeting looks brand new! High traffic soil and pet stains vanished. I’ll be using Zerorez again for carpet cleaning and will explore their other services for sure.
Not limit the size of the 3 rooms and hallway cleaning offer.
The first service was not good. The re-service cleaned it better.

Hello… I’ve been a long time customer. This cleaning was less stellar than any others and cost me the most. I remember the days of 3 rooms and a hallway for $99. Ok… add on a deodorizer and a sealant here and there and you are pushing $250. Granted I added a 4th room and deodorizer to all 4, but $450 now?!? Ouch! I had some stains from caulking on the carpet that were gold all sized. Now, each are a dirty brown and at least 4” in diameter. Other rooms also have the brown marks/stains but there was no caulk there. I’m not sure what to make of it.

Technology
The technician was very personable and transparent. He guided me through the process and made sure to explain each step and ensured that I approved of his work. The cleaning solution fragrance was light and no strong chemical smell. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez.

The crew was fast but didn't work enough on a couple of stains. There is one where a milkshake had been spilled that is crunchy now. Seriously. It's crunchy. They got out part of it but it still needs work.
Other than that, one of the rooms that the trainee did took 2 days to dry, so he probably needs a little more instruction on technique. But the guys were super-nice and took very good care of things in the house.
The last time we used Zerorez the technician used a roller brush as a finishing step and make our ancient carpet look about 1/2 its age. These guys didn't do that, which wasn't awful but was a little bit of a disappointment. Is that not a standard thing you do?
People remember how well you did a job, not how fast you did it. Nice guys but just seemed rushed.

I have tried numerous companies over the last 20 years cleaning my carpets. I always wanted to try zerorez but they did not service my area until recently. I scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning last month and the comments are true about this company. I have NEVER seen my carpets this clean and shinny before. All I can say is WOW. Stains removed that other companies could not even begin to show progress. I will never use anybody else. I scheduled another appt this month to have my tiles cleaned. Never have they looked so good. I am a customer for a long time. Staff is helpful and the technicians are excellent in what they do .
