Over priced and carpets don’t look any better than they did before they were cleaned. I understand wear patterns can’t be fixed but I expected the areas to at least look cleaner. Technician also left spray mechanism at the house

I only use Zero Res to clean my carpets. It’s easy to schedule an appointment. Automatic reminders are sent. You are alerted when the technician is on their way. Every technician I’ve had has been totally professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Easy, fast, affordable, quality service and the great technicians keep me coming back!

It was very easy to schedule a carpet cleaning. I used the discount advertised on Good Morning Texas. The technician, Bobby, was very professional and friendly. He quickly cleaned the bedrooms and stairs. The carpet dried without "crunchiness". I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Perform a test on the worst part of the carpet that is getting cleaned, so the consumer will get a good idea of what they can expect by moving forward with the carpet cleaning. In addition corner guards should always be used to prevent peeling/chipping of paint on corners of the walls throughout the home.

Love that it’s not scented heavily. The pretreatment had a mild pleasant smell. We will definitely have them out again when we need the carpets cleaned. Possibly sooner for the tile floors!
Nothing. Initially, I had issues getting service and returned calls. I finally heard from your manager, Kathy, and she fixed it by cleaning my carpet free of charge. That raised my rating from 0 to 7. That’s quite an improvement and I appreciate the effort.
