DeShawn was new only 4 months in at Zerorez. I showed him all of the spots that had to be cleaned, and he was done in about an hour. The next day I noticed in the den, which is a high traffic area, he did not clean 3 different areas of the rug and never cleaned behind the recliner chair. I had to call Zerorez to send out someone different with more experience to clean out those areas.

The technician. Willian, was very knowlegeable and professional and did the carpet treatment in a very good way to remove and uplift stains and spots.

The guys did a great job. Very knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to remove all the spots on my rugs.

Your machines were not functioning properly according to the tech. While the carpet was cleaned. It was not much better than me cleaning it myself. Which I will do in the near future. They did reduce my bill to compensate. And they were apologetic.

A door casing got dinged during cleaning and the technician walked back over the clean carpet without shoe protectors on, leaving 3+ dirty spots. We know accidents happen, so it’s fine, but we’d recommend wearing shoe protectors from start to finish.

Chemical free cleaning - however, I wasn’t supposed to be charged for my stairs - I called about it and was told a manager would call me, but I’m still waiting for that call. Phone number removed

Not happy with the results. Paid extra to remove stains. Ended up having to replace carpets.

My carpet got cleaned last Thurrsday. The thing is, there is not a fragrant/ fresh smell afterwards, but still pet odor. My carpets looked clean and great, but I am worried that he did not put the full 100% that we paid for, bc our carpets need DEEEP CLEANING. This was not a deep clean at all tho.

He may have only used water for all I know. It only took him 24 minutes to prep, soak/ etc., and clean 3 ROOMS.

I don't want the stains, and paid to have them gone. They are not. How can we fix this?? I am hosting Xmas this year. HELP OR A REFUND would be much appreciated.
