I loved the quality. I loved the citrus fresh smell. I loved the technology. I loved the technician Paul the performed the cleaning, the before and afters of his work and his acute attention to details! I have already sent one referral to a bank employee! For the money it was the very best decision I have made in over a decade🤩

Absolutely amazing service and very professional tech.
I used Zerorez twice in the past week. On 12/16, the service provider did a fair job and a dip was required as part of the payment. A tip should be earned not assumed. I could have put 0.00, but due to the the service provider, it did not seem to be a wise decision. On 12/18, no dip was required as part of payment.
With each appointment, the service provider did not have a badge or uniform; they did introduce themselves. Your company provides a service as do other companies. Good customer service and experience is the one thing that can set companies apart. It appears to be a thing of the past. For these reasons, I will not use your company again.
Your employee tried to swindle me out of almost $1000 by having me pay the company $520 and him $400 in cash. My carpets were dripping wet when I pulled them up A FEW My baseboards have warped, everything still has a smell, and now I have a lovely mildew smell… A supposed manager was going to come out on Monday and I was stood up. No one showed up on Wednesday either. I was told I couldn’t have a refund if the company couldn’t come out… DESPITE THE FACT that I said, I was not comfortable in my own home with this company, I was shown no remorse or understanding. The company has made zero attempts to call me back.

Quick and easy to schedule, cleaning was good.
The technician did a detailed thorough cleaning of our carpet. I pointed out a couple of areas that needed specisl attention. He listened and gave those areas just the cleaning they needed. Results were fantastic. It was the best carpet cleaning job I’ve ever had!!

Overall, I liked the cleaning service. But the technician didn't replace a little portion of the duct tape around the unit. So the unit was blowing air straight into the attic
My carpet was ruined during the cleaning process. The return service to clean the carpet again even made things worse. I submitted photos (as Customer Service recommended) and I have yet to receive a call back from anyone to discuss the matter. I will never use Zerorez again nor will I recommend them - and I have been a long-time customer.
