What I like is the incredible efficient job by the service technician . We had some pet stains which he treated which disappeared after the treatment.
What I did NOT like was EVERY phone experience with your company. My initial call to schedule an appointment said that an operator would be with me in approximately “2 and a half minutes”. Nearly 35 minutes later, an operator came on the line to schedule the appointment. I called my wife at work, and she reminded me that we had other technicians coming over that day and we did not want them to come over while the carpet was drying, I called back immediately ( around 4:30 pm) to try to reschedule and was told that someone would be with me in under 4 minutes . At 5:15 ( approx. 45 minutes later), I was informed that no one could answer my call, but it would be returned ASAP. The next morning, the cleaning we had TRIED to reschedule was to occur. We called ZEROREZ the moment they opened ( was told 3 minutes) , but no one had answered by 35 MINUTES LATER when our technician arrived! We went ahead and had him clean our carpet, but the carpet had not fully dried by the time our delivery and installation folks had arrived. VERY DISSATISFIED with the phone service! We NEVER received ANY promised call back from ZEROREZ to this day!
I love the product that they use on the carpet. There's no residue left! The technicians are professional and friendly and thoroughly explain what's available for your carpet if you have pets.

Better train technician how to properly setup the home prior to cleaning and how to properly clean the carpet. I’ve had better service in the past but this last technician was in a hurry and clean three rooms and stairs within 25 minutes. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Ordered carpet cleaning, they did an additional treatment on top of what was ordered without disclosing it and charged extra on top of the services. Tried to call and have this rectified but their manager has not responded and their communication back is lacking

We went ahead and paid extra for animal odor removal. It didn't work. We still smell the dog urine. Maybe we would have caught the smell if we had had a final walkthrough, but we didn't receive that. Although, I'm not even sure the odor would have been noticeable at that point.
Our technician was very respectful and kind. Our carpets do not feel sticky or stiff.
The carpet cleaning process was done very well and professionally. Edwin called about 20 minutes before arrival and on time. He took time to look over the area to be cleaned and allowed me to point out areas that needed special attention prior to beginning. He was very personable and provide a quick and complete service. I was very pleased with the results and plan to have a second cleaning next year.

I was told it would be $129 to clean my rug; however, it ended up being $250. The rep did some kind of treatment on my rug but never told me it was extra. We’ve had great service in the past, but this experience was disappointing. I could have purchased this same rug for $200.
The technician we had was well trained, thorough in his job, walked through the entire project before starting the work, and completed it in a timely manner. We had to be moved ahead one day because of job before us but we were able to work with the change.
