Wade was amazing! Very friendly, called to let me know the our drivers was ready and can come earlier. That’s always a plus! We are very happy with our carpet! Zerorez are the people to clean your carpet no matter how old it is!

You’ve ruined my carpet and having to replace it!! You get out of your 30day satisfaction guarantee by having people sign a waiver. Very poor business tactics!! I will be sending this in to the BBB!! Zerorez should be responsible for paying for my carpet replacement!! My carpet is only 2 yrs old! You are the experts and should know better!!
No toxic smells and fast drying.

The technician arrived on time and was very efficient. He was very knowledgeable and explained all steps in the process. I have used Zerorez several times, and I have never been disappointed.
Excellent service and product
Carpet was left too wet. It has been over 36 hours and still wet. I have used zerorez many years. It has become too hit or miss. You never know when you will get a good technician. Quality continues to decline.
I want to hear from you. There is a hole in my area rug that wasn’t there before your serviceman came. I sent a comment on my review, it no one responded yet.

I like that the cleaning method does not have a scent, yet it really removes dirt. The cleaning techs are polite, hardworking and thorough. I have used zerorez many times and it's always very good.

The operator or person who schedules the appointments did not seem knowledgeable and would not answer my questions. Technician was absolutely awesome though.
The technician was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He explained the work that needed to be done before starting and explained the work that had been completed and showed supporting pictures.
Carpets were crunchy feeling after dried and stains were not removed.
I have had you clean my carpets for years and have recommended you to friends and family. My heater/airconditioing person agrees with me and likes the fact that you don’t use harmful chemicals.

Well, my ducts have never been cleaned (I’ve lived in my house since 1983 and the house was built in the 1960s). Since I trust Zerorez, I called you and made an appointment to have the ducts cleaned. I do remember the rep saying something about a charge at that time but didn’t really listen or pay attention. (My bad). Bruce came, was very cleancut and polite to me. He brought all the equipment into the house and got set up to clean. With the first vent cover he took off he realized he did not have the equipment necessary to clean my vents. (Old house…old-style vents). When he found that out he took all the equipment out and said that there was an (I believe he said ‘inspection fee’) of $127.00 plus tax. I balked at this charge since no one had ‘inspected’ before all this occurred. He called his superviser and was told the fee stood! I called customer service after Bruce left and told the rep my story. He talked to someone else and received the same answer. I’m so not ok with the answer. No one ever ‘inspected’ anything before you had Bruce come to clean. I have no complaint about him, just your method of determining if you can do a job before you come to do it! I would think that many of your customers live in older homes, since newer homes don’t need duct cleaning as readily. So, why aren’t you equipped for them?? You could make things ‘right’ with me by not making any other ‘older home’ owners have to pay $137.00 for no service!! Thank you…Name removed (And by refunding the 137.00 plus tax.)
Clean & non-stick ; doesn’t draw dirt back into it
The man who came was very friendly, quickly got to work, was very thorough and was finished very soon. He explained how long it would take to dry and other helpful information. I will definitely use your service again and recommend it when I have opportunity. Evelyn
