Was very pleased to have William clean our rugs. He deserves a ten for the carpets. I do think more info has to be given to your service people regarding the care of the hardwood floors while they are cleaning. I was quite concerned with the standing water around the hoses and the foot prints from shoes when the booties were not worn. I brought this to his attention at two different times and he quickly mopped up the mess.
The flat rate charge of $350 when the carpet cleaning only took 30 minutes just isn’t acceptable and then you add fuel charge on top of it. I always expect to pay a fair price for services rendered but just an arbitrary minimum applied no matter how a little work is getting paid for nothing. You were clean three rooms in a hallway for $109 in a residence but spending 30 minutes on top of commercial carpet runs over $400. That’s just not a business I can recommend to anyone because you clearly may not get anything for the money you spend.
Love that chemicals are not used to clean. The service tech is always friendly, pleasant, courteous and d a great job.

Very easy to schedule service and good communications. Charges were reasonable and much better than some. My carpet is 20+ years old and after cleaning, it looks like new. Workman was on time and worked continuously. Finished in good time, took my payment and was gone on his way quickly.
I would definitely use them again.

My window was 2-4 as stated in an email received and again upon confirmation. 2:00-4:00. We were at the empty house, sitting in lawn chairs, at 2:00 waiting for Zerorez to call prior to coming. At 3:20ish, I called Zerorez to check on my time. Randy put me on hold as he went to check...I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Finally, Randy and I spoke at 3:50 in which he told me that the technician was almost finished. I replied that he had 10 minutes to finish and get to my address, which I found doubtful. Randy replied that the technician was already in my area and would be there very soon.
Fast forward to 4:20...still in an empty house (no TV, etc.) in lawn chairs...and I finally get a call from ZeroRez that my technician was traveling to my house and would arrive in 30 minutes. (so much for "being in my area".) I expressed frustration that my appointment would be 50 minutes late, to which I was told that regardless of my confirmation emails, my time was actually 3 - 5 and the technician would therefore be "on time." When I protested that my window was indeed 2 - 4, I was told "I wasn't a liar, just mistaken." There was no attempt to accept responsibility and no attempt to rectify the situation. My time is apparently worth nothing. Again, had I been in my home I might have been more patient, but a lawn chair and empty house grows very wearisome after 3 hours.
I will never use Zerorez again. I will never recommend them to anyone. They were rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. And in fact, I will loudly proclaim to use a different company for carpet cleaning needs - there are many from which to choose.
I called the office 3x today to get someone to come out and redo the stains that were left and no callback. I am waiting on Randy to call me back. I had an awesome tech come out but his hose backed up and some of the dirty water got on my living room carpet. My husband was home and the tech did suck up the stain but it came back. We went to a movie while the carpets dried and when we came back there are 3 big stains that were not there before. I sent pictures to Randy and he said he would call me for a revisit for someone to come back and fix the issue but still waiting. My phone number is Phone number removed and my name is Name removed. The stains are pretty bad and I have pictures. I think the dirty water stayed in the carpet after the hose backed up and left the stains. My husband knows more about it but I'm still waiting for a call to get this resolved.

My carpet feel soft and smells fresh. I don't want to walk on with my shoes on! I'm very happy with the outcome and it didn't take long to clean 3 rooms.

The carpet cleaning was good. We did want the stain guard treatment but the sprayer was broken so no go. Courteous technician. Thank you.
