When I walk on carpet it feels gritty but maybe it isn't completely dry.
I was impressed that the technician showed up early, at the start of the window of time provided, and that he finished relatively quickly. He was also very informative by showing me with his black light flashlight where staining had occurred and how to best clean up pet accidents at a reasonable cost. The carpet looked clean and I was relieved that it appeared nearly dry within 5-6 hours. I had read and heard good reviews of ZeroRez and after being a customer, I would agree with the endorsements.

I love that your carpet cleaning is accomplished primarily by using NO CHEMICALS!! We also really appreciated how knowledgeable & patient the technician was - John was awesome! He answered our questions & wanted to be sure that we understood the process. And most of all - our carpets are CLEAN!!
