Great customer service!
I really enjoyed my technician. I had a trouble spot and paid $60 for it to be flashed. Chemicals cost an extra amount on top of that so I did not pursue. I went to the spot with a rag and dawn and was able to pull up a lot more dirt. I watched him clean and it would have been nice if he went over the carpet more than just one swipe. Good technology though

Honestly, I could not be more disappointed with the work the tech did. Hardly looks like the items have been cleaned at all compared to the last jobs. You need to come back, send a different tech and do the job right.

i was hours trying to clean my air in my house. I had to use my breathing treatment medication in order to breathe. Caused a medication situation for me.
