I’ve been using Zero Rez for many years and the service has consistently been excellent.
Pricing. Professional team, quality clean.
We requested a redo of the service instead we were sent a different technician which led to us paying a lot more. We were then given 4 different prices for the service. 1 before the new tech showed up and 3 more while he was at our home. The technician was fine, he was professional and did his job great but dispatch/management have a disconnect and do not communicate well. We never should have been led to believe the service was only going to cost 23$ then to be blindsided with 185 and then have it change back to 23 before settling on 117. I have used zerorez for nearly 10 years but I do not think I will use y’all again after this. The carpet may be clean but the level of communication makes me wonder if our information is even safe with this company and my family is more important to me than a cheap carpet cleaning. If you can’t keep your own house in order I do not have faith you can help in mine.

Carpet cleaning was very good. Stains removed etc. One of two bathrooms with white tile and grout were good except for small amount of stain around commode in one bathroom.
Our tech was excellent! Commication getting the appointment set up was lacking. No ability to book the appointment on line even though we are a repeat customer. Delay in getting someone to get here and give us the required quote to add 2 chairs to the cleaning. Had to wait for the quote; no reply to the "info" emails, then finally we could schedule. Each time I called there was a 3-8 minute wait to speak to someone which is why booking online would have made so much more sense.
Carpet smells clean and fresh. Tech was very personable and did a great job.
Great service and very professional people. Took time to explain everything and went above and beyond to get stains for the carpet. Would highly recommend.

We were hesitant but decided to call Zerorez to see if our carpets could be cleaned and how much it would cost. We booked them and had a nice young man come and he worked for a couple of hours as we watched from our recliners. He was cheerful and pleasant. When the carpets dried they looked like new and we were happy we didn’t have to buy new carpet. Thank you Zerorez.

Evan did a great job. After 3 phone calls I’m still getting lame excuses as to why I have not received my gift certificate. The promotion was a factor in choosing to have my carpets cleaned.
If I don’t hear something soon I probably will not use or recommend Zerorez again. Seems like false advertising…..
