I had the opportunity of meeting the service tech dispatched to our agency. He was extremely professional. Our offices space could somewhat be a little challenging. Although we were assuming at least two techs for the job, and only one came, he was efficient, fast and courteous. Based off the interaction and services we received we are highly likely to place future calls for services. Although our initial time was moved back it did not deter him from coming in and getting straight to work. We really appreciated him just taking the burden and working as if he was a team of two. Although, I do not remember his name he is definitely one worthy of praise. Please send him out highest regards for a job well done. Our CEO, was extremely surprised and happy with the outcome.

The day after the cleaning spots several spots appeared on the carpet I don't know if this is from too little pretreatment or stains coming up from the pad.

I have only had y'all clean the carpet for the past 10 years. This was by far the worst cleaning I have received
