Was so pleased. Keith was so nice and wanted us to be completely satisfied. He did a fantastic job and we also got the protective final spray he recommended. Great job and will for sure tell friends and family about Zerores.
One suggestion about A/C vent cleaning: Apparently you no longer take any vent covers off to clean but the web site shows a picture of a technician removing a cover on the floor. This photo was misleading when my A/C was vacuumed from inside the unit but not at each vent cover. I felt like the service was lacking a full cleaning.
I still had some small stains in my carpet. They were so small that I didn't think I needed to bring up the spots because I thought the regular cleaning would get rid of it.....Also, my carpet is not very old. It really didn't look like getting it cleaned made it look any different.

New Brown spot has emerged after cleaning. Please re-service to remove brown stain. It was still damp 48 hours after cleaning!
The tech was knowledgeable on removing stains and did an excellent job. He was quick and professional.

Both sales representative and carpet cleaner were friendly and professional. However, there seems to be a disconnect between them two. Sales representative assured we could complete my cleaning using two transactions; carpet cleaner also assured me I would get two receipts; I never got two receipts as I had requested. I called to ask for two receipts and was told I could not be done.

Customer service and satisfaction was great. Zerorez is my new cleaning service providers.
Did a great job! The technician was professional and worked to get the puppy urine from the carpet of my client's home.
However, I do not like the way you do not disclose ALL probable costs. For example, each stain costs a dollar amount, $75.00 for each stain in my case. This is not a small amount for a stain and so that should have been disclosed when I was placing the order.
The response should have been:
There is a $75.00 charge for the stain, and each additional stain is $75.00.
So the cost adds up and I have seen another review stating the very same thing. That the bill was a lot more than originally quoted. You really need to outline the homeowner's expectations.
I know why you do it, to get the business. But it could be seen as a "Bait and Switch" approach.

I like the fact that you do not use any chemicals on my carpet to clean it. And that my carpet looks like new again. The carpet tech was very professional and friendly. I will use services again.
Products are great. I have used y’all for many many years. Rafeal did a fantastic job yesterday. I highly recommend him and have given my family and friends his name. Not only was he very pleasant and knowledgeable he knew how to do a great job. My carpet looks better now than it has the last couple of times I’ve had it clean with y’all. Rafael is an asset to ZeroRez. I hope he is compensated. I will use you all again the next time, and I want Rafeal again. He is the best.!

JOHN DID A WONDERFUL JOB. GOT SOME STAINS OUT THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO LIVE WITH FOREVER BUT HE WORKED HIS MAGIC AND THEY ARE GONE. MY HOUSE LOOKED GREAT AND THE CARPET WAS NOT TOO WET. GREAT JOB. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WAS EASY AND EVERYTHING WAS VERY SATISFACTORY! M Last name removed
The guy was here like 45 minutes per my husband. Doesn’t even look like he did the media room upstairs. Very disappointed. I didn’t realize I’d not satisfied, you have to pay for them to come back. Other businesses I’ve used gave a 10 day satisfaction. Will never use you again . And will let all my friends and family know. Unless can redo for free.
